Specifications
Fabric: 83% Polyester, 17% Cotton
Cushion: Luxe Down-Alternative. The cushion starts with a durable and supportive 1.8 density high-resiliency foam core which is strategically wrapped with three layers of fiber, the inner most layer is firm and provides structure, The remaining two layers are soft and silky providing surface softness and comfort. The final step is to encase the foam and fiber in a natural bagged casing for long lasting comfort and durability. Back cushions on styles featured in Luxe cushion package are constructed with multiple compartments to keep the silky fiber evenly distributed and securely in place. Tight tailored backs are constructed with a solid layer of foam topped with fiber.

Care Instructions
Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild dry-cleaning solvent. Pre-test a small, inconspicuous area for color bleeding, fading or color transfer. Do not over saturate. Use a professional upholstery cleaning service for overall soiling.

GENERAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states. Orders with in-stock inventory will typically be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Lead times on out-of-stock items will vary. You will be notified with updates to estimated processing and delivery times after purchase.
ARTWORK
Artwork is made-to-order. Please allow for at least three weeks for processing and production.
CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY
Custom upholstered items are made-to-order and lead times may vary substantially. Please allow at least 8-12 weeks for production, and an additional 4 weeks for shipping and delivery.

RETURN POLICY
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. All items being shipped to a receiving warehouse must be inspected upon receipt.
On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.
